Are you a reseller or wholesaler?
We are a wholesaler which have ourselves factory and original brand factories connection.
Why you get your shoes such early,they even didn’t release?
We got the shoes from factory workers directly. So we don't need to wait until the shoes released from retail store or website.
Do you have any stores or locations?
No, Flightkickz.cn is strictly an Internet retailer and we do not have any retail outlets or locations.
Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide, expect Africa
How can I pay?
We accept credit card and Paypal payments online, ,bitcoin and transferwise under line.
How much is shipping?
Shipping fee is 30 Dollars every pair.

Shipping 1-2 weeks via DHL ,Fedex or EMS express.

How do you package orders?
It is double boxed and bubble wrapped to make sure the shoes box and the shoes are protected.
How do I take advantage of the wholesale price?
If you place more than 3 orders in one transaction and pay thru western union or money gram we will offer you our wholesale price. But please contact us first and we will let you know the price after discount.
Do you provide QC pictures? *Yes, please comment in special instruction that you're requesting QC "Quality Check" pictures of the sneakers before shipment. We will send pictures to your email to confirm. Once confirmed by the buyer item(s) will ship out.*
Do you accept return?
Yes, we accept return and exchange ONLY on unworn items within 7 days after the item is received but please contact us first to provide you the return shipping address
NOTE: Buyer is responsible for the shipping fee and the loss if the package got lost.And we will only refund you after we got the items back.
What happen if custom charge the package tax?"
We send package as gift to customer and we declare them low price to avoid cutom tax. So normally ,it won't happen.
But if it do happen that you need to pay tax ,pelaase pay by your side.
What happened if the package get seized in custom or got lost?"
We will resend the package out ASAP once we confirmed your package got seized or lost if you bought the cusotm insurance of us. But if you didn't buy it,please offer the responsibility of the lost by yourslf.
How to avoid custom tax or the goods be seized by custom?
We will declare the package we sent to you with a low value ,and we will also describe it as a gift to you from your Chinese friend or family. Normally the package will be arrived to you smoothly without tax or get seized by custom. But it also have risk that custom need you to offer some information of you and the package of you to declare at customs. If this happens to your package just telling the shipping company that the package is low value around 20usd and sent by a friend of you from China ,don’t say it’s brand goods. Normally they will release the package to you. But if you are unlucky that custom opens your package directly without asking your info,and asked you pay tax or seize the package directly.
What’s the “custom insurance”?
The “custom insurance” can offer peace of mind when shipping valuable items. Shipping can be tough on packages. Improper handling can cause loss or damage to your shipment. In such cases, you should at least get some of the value returned to you to compensate for the damage issue . And you can also get the item get resent out of the loss during shipping.
This insurance helps you determine that compensation and very important if you are sending a package to an international destination.
